- When service or changed, it will be on a 1 to 1 basis. Old insoles must be returned
- Buyer is allowed to service insole whenever they feel a need to do so i.e, for maintaining or cleaning
- It is recommended for buyer to check their foot condition and service their insole at least once every 6 months
