Description
Designed to master the basics of Japanese rice cooking, the Cocotte Every Rice Pot boasts an unique shape and compact diameter of 18cm, meaning it won’t take up too much space when paired with other items of cookware.
The round-curved bottom, deep body, and dome-shaped lid have all been designed to create a triple effect in maximising heat convection, providing even cooking results. Ideal for soups and stews, frying, grilling meats and even baking breads and cake.
The stoneware inner lid, which is a unique feature of the Cocotte Every from Le Creuset, prevents boil-over when cooking rice or heating stews. The inner Stoneware lid has two air vents to allow the steam to escape whilst cooking, as well as to remove extra moisture which is important when cooking rice. The Cast Iron retains even heat creating good steam circulation, resulting in maximum flavour.
